Users can choose whether to receive email notifications for content updates from creators. When you enable Content Updates from Creators, you will receive one email notification per day at midnight GMT if a creator you follow publishes new content. You will only receive notifications from creators you:
Follow on their homepage
Subscribe to via a monthly plan
Purchase a collection
Note: One-time purchases, such as Single Unlock Posts, are not subscriptions. This means you won’t receive future email notifications for new content from that creator. If you wish to stay updated, please follow the creator or subscribe to one of their plans.
Go to Account Settings and select Email Management. Under Notifications from Creators, toggle on Content Updates from Creators.
