This is a step to step walk through of UniFans' commission system.

Receiving Commission Request

1. Once your client requested a commission, you can view it at "Commissions" > "My Commissions".

2. The request will be listed under the "Creator" tab and "Not Started" status. Click “Go to Workspace" to access the commission request.

3. After reviewing your client's requirements and references, you can communicate with them through private messages. 

Accepting the Commission Request

1. If you choose to accept the commission request, click "Confirm". Once accepted, the commission can only be terminated by mutual agreement between both parties. However, you have the option to cancel the commission unilaterally if needed. 


2. All commission updates are in "My Commissions". The commission status will be moved to "In Progress" under "My Commissions".

Rejecting the Commission Request

1. To reject a request, click the three-dash button and select "Cancel Request". Choose a reason for cancellation and submit it.

2. You can see that under stages that the commission is canceled.

3. The commission plan will be moved to "Done" instead.

Sharing and Revising Your Creatives

1. Once you accept a commission request, you can monitor its progress under the "Stages" tab.

2. When ready to share your creative work for client review, go to the "Creatives" tab and upload your files. There is no limit to the number of files you can upload. Be sure to click "Share" to save your uploads and send them to the client.

3. Once files are shared, your client will have access to view them. Neither party can modify or remove the shared files or history. When you're ready, click "Confirm" to finalize the sharing.

4. After sharing your work, privately discuss any feedback or revisions with your client. To share a revised version, upload the updated files under the "Creatives" tab. Ensure the revised files are properly named to avoid confusion.

Submitting Your Work

1. Once the deliverables are finalized, click "Submit" to proceed to the next stage. You’ll need to wait for your client’s approval before advancing further. 

2. After the client approves the stage, the payment for that stage will be deposited into your account after a 7-day holding period. You can track the timeline in the "Stages" tab.

3. Following approval, you can upload and share additional works for the current stage. All submissions are organized under the "Creatives" tab, sorted by each stage.

Completing a Commission

Once the final stage is approved and the client receives their commission product, the commission will be marked as "Done" under the "My Commissions" section.
