UniFans does not own the content on the platform; all rights belong to the creators. As a result, refunds can only be processed with the creator’s approval. Content on UniFans falls into two categories: subscription-based content and single-payment content (also known as permanently unlocked content). 

Please note that any refunds issued will be returned as UniFans coins. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, as stated in Policy 8.2. UniFans reserves the right to ban any account found abusing the refund process or attempting to convert coins into cash.

Not Eligible For Refund

Single-payment content, including individual post unlocks, collections, and commissions, is non-refundable. Once a payment has been made to permanently unlock content, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances. 

Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if the payment is still within the 7-day holding period. If the transaction is still pending on the creator’s side, we can reverse it once the creator confirms their approval.

To request a refund, please contact our Support team and provide the following:

  • A screenshot showing the creator's approval

  • The transaction ID (found in your billing history)

Be sure to copy the transaction ID and include it in your message to support.

Note: We are currently developing a feature that will allow creators to manage refund requests directly without involving Support. This will streamline the process and give creators more control over their transactions.
