We understand how frustrating it is to see your work stolen or sold without your permission. UniFans is committed to maintaining a fair and respectful environment, and we rely on the community’s support to uphold this standard. If your content has been used without consent or if you believe plagiarism is involved, please follow the steps below:
- Collect and Submit Evidence:
Please gather as much relevant information as possible, including:
- A screenshot or copy of your original work.
- The URL or screenshot of the infringing content.
- A timestamped draft or proof showing the creation date of your original content, if available. - File a Report:
Use the in-platform reporting function and select the appropriate reason (e.g., "Stolen Content" or "Plagiarism"). - Verify Your Identity as the Original Creator:
To help us verify authorship and prevent fraudulent claims, please contact our Support Team with the following:
- A link to your official UniFans profile shared publicly on your verified social media accounts (e.g., X, Instagram, Pixiv, Linktree etc.).
- Drafts, working files, or metadata showing the creation process of your original content.
- Unique and traceable watermarks, creator signatures, or identifiable marks consistently used across content.
- For creators using Web3 platforms, NFT minting timestamps or smart contract records can be used to prove ownership.
We will review all evidence and contact the reported creator. If a violation of our content guidelines is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken, which may include content removal or account suspension. Please note that due to privacy policies, the details of our final decision may not be shared with the reporting party. This process may take some time to complete, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
