The Commission feature on UniFans allows creators to accept and manage client requests for custom creative projects through a multi-stage process. Creators can design and customize the process with up to three stages, including tailored payment settings for each stage. All transactions are securely handled within the UniFans platform.

UniFans’ Commission system stands out from traditional ordering platforms. Once a creator accepts a commission request, they proceed through the pre-defined stages they’ve set up. Each stage can include deliverables, revisions, milestones, and payment terms that align with the creator's workflow. Here’s an example flowchart illustrating a streamlined 2-stage submission process, showcasing how creators and clients collaborate effectively through the platform.
Commission Payment Process
When a creator accepts a commission, the full payment is securely held by UniFans. Payments are released to the creator once the client approves each respective stage of the process. After approval, the funds are deposited into the creator’s account following a 7-day holding period.
Store Display
The Commission feature is accessible under the "Store" section on your homepage. Each commission listing includes the title, price, and the number of available offers, making it easy for clients to browse and request commissions.
Commission Details
Click on the title of any commission item to view its full details, including the offer terms and conditions. You can customize all of this when you set up your commission plan.
Sending a Request
When a client clicks the "Request" button, they need to provide their requirements, optional image references, and agree to the creator's creative license.
- Share Your Requirements: Clients can describe their vision for the creative project in detail.
- References (Optional): Clients can upload up to 5 reference images to guide the creator. Each image must not exceed 50MB.
- Agreement to Creative License: By placing the order, the client agrees to the terms outlined in the creator's creative license.
