UniFans Commission Shop
UniFans allows creators to sell a variety of commission orders with different price ranges and availability. If there are zero offers available, it means the creator is not taking requests at the moment, and you may need to check back later. Click on the commission title to view the request details. Make sure to understand the procedures and the creative license the creator has set up.
Placing a Request for Commission
When requesting a commission, you can upload up to five reference images to guide the creator. Each image must not exceed 50MB. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in the creator's creative license.
After clicking "Order," you can check your request’s status in "My Commissions." Once submitted, you can cancel the request before the creator accepts the order. Your coins will be fully deducted when the order is accepted by the creator and you cannot cancel it one-sidedly anymore. Keep in mind that the creator may choose to reject your request. You can communicate privately with the creator to discuss and reach an agreement.
All your commission orders are listed under "Client." If the creator has not yet accepted your order, it will remain under "Not Started." It will move on to respective stage according to the process of the commission.
Multi-stage Approval Process
UniFans allows creators to set up 1 to 3 stages for commissions, enabling buyers to approve the work submitted at each stage. Once the creator accepts the order, they will begin working on it based on the reference materials you provided. Further communication can be done through private messaging.
You will receive in-app notifications and private messages regarding updates on your commission's status. Creators may share work under "Creatives" without submitting it for approval. In such cases, your screen will display the shared content, but no approval action will be required.
When the creator submits work for approval, the timeline will display the next required action. After reviewing the submitted work, click "Approve" to proceed to the next stage.
You will be asked to confirm the approval. Once confirmed, the payment for that stage will be released to the creator and is non-refundable. If both parties agree to terminate the order at a later stage, you will be refunded for any stages that were not approved.
For the final stage, carefully review the completed work before giving final approval. Once you approve the last stage, the entire commission process is completed, and the creator will receive full payment.
Cancel Commission
For any reason, both parties have the option to send a termination request to the other party. A commission can only be canceled if both parties agree. To initiate a termination request, click on the three-dash menu in the commission details.
You will be asked to provide a reason and proof for the termination request.
Once you confirm the request, it will be sent to the other party. If the termination request is declined, neither party can initiate another termination request. It is recommended that you discuss the situation with the creator to reach an agreement before proceeding.
If you are on the receiving end of the termination process, you will receive the request like this:
You will see the details submitted by the other party, including their explanation and any attached image proof. If you agree to the termination, you will receive a refund for the stages that were not approved.
If the termination request is not mutually agreed upon, and one party wants to continue with the commission, the termination option will be disabled. In this case, any further disputes must be handled through the UniFans support team.
