First, please note that if you attempt to log in too many times with incorrect information, your account will be locked for 24 hours as a security measure. 
  • If you receive a message saying your account does not exist, please ensure you're using the same login method you used during sign-up. For accounts created through third-party services like Google, Facebook, or Apple, the email is not be directly linked to your UniFans profile. In that case, contact support to help you bind your email and regain access.
  • For users accessing UniFans via a browser, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies before attempting to log in again. Cached data can sometimes cause conflicts with newer versions of the website, leading to login issues
  • If you're using the UniFans mobile app, try deleting and reinstalling the app to ensure you have the latest version and a clean installation.
  • Make sure your VPN is turned off when completing CAPTCHA verification, as VPNs can interfere with the security checks and may prevent successful logins.
  • Your account is banned.
