If you are experiencing issues logging into your account, it is likely related to our security policy regarding Device Limits. To ensure the security of your data, we limit the number of active sessions allowed at one time.
Each account can be linked to a maximum of 5 authorized devices. This includes:
- Mobile phones and tablets
- Desktop computers and laptops
- Web browsers (each unique browser counts as one device)
Logging in via a new browser (e.g., switching from Chrome to Firefox) or using a different computer will occupy a new slot in your device limit.
Browsing with Incognito
Using Incognito or Private mode requires extra care to avoid login errors. Incognito mode does not store a local cache, our system cannot "remember" that you previously closed the window. If you simply close the tab without logging out, the session remains active in our system as a "ghost" device.
How to avoid "Device Limit Exceeded"
- Always click "Logout": When finishing an Incognito session, you must manually click the Logout button.
- Don't just close the window: If you close the window without logging out, that session will continue to occupy one of your 5 slots until it naturally expires.
How to fix a login error
If you see a message stating you have exceeded your device limit, ensure you have logged out of any old browsers or secondary computers. Contact support if you still have trouble logging in.
