Subscriber Management

In the "Membership Management" section, you'll find comprehensive details about each sponsoring member, including their ID, current subscription plan, subscription fee, join date, last charge date, subscription status, and cumulative consumption.

Subscription Status

Subscription status is categorized into two main statuses: "Active" and "Expired." A status of "Active" indicates that the member has successfully paid for the current month's plan and continues to enjoy access to your content. Conversely, a status of "Expired" suggests that the member has either voluntarily canceled their subscription or it has been automatically terminated due to overdue payment.

Consider sending your active fans personalized messages to express your gratitude for their ongoing support. For expired members, reaching out to inquire about the reasons for canceling their subscription can provide valuable insights to enhance your content update strategy and retain more subscribers in the future.
