Editing a Subscription Plan

If you have a subscription plan that currently has subscribers, any changes to the plan name, price, or benefits will be notified through the system and private messages, and the new plan will take effect next billing month.

For new subscribers, the changes will be applied immediately upon sign-up.
Changing the price of a collection or Single Post will not affect users who have already purchased the item. The updated price will only apply to new purchases.

Editing Single Unlock Price

Changing the price of any content you’ve set with a one-time payment, such as a Single Post Unlock or a Collection with permanent access, will not affect fans who have already unlocked the content. The updated price will take effect immediately for new users.

Deleting a Subscription Plan

When deleting a plan, the process differs based on whether the plan has subscribed users or not.

If the plan has no subscribed users, you can proceed to delete it directly.

However, if the plan already has subscribed users, direct deletion isn't possible. Instead, initiating the deletion process places the plan into “Pending" state, which all auto-renewal subscriptions associated with the plan will be canceled. During this periodnce all current subscription statuses are successfully canceled, the plan will then be automatically deleted from the system.
