If you want to temporarily stop new fans from subscribing to one or all of your subscription plans without deleting them, you can choose to hide the plans. Hidden subscription plans will no longer appear on your homepage, but existing subscribers will continue to have access and will automatically renew in the next cycle. If you plan to stop publishing content for a particular subscription plan, please inform your current subscribers and advise them to turn off auto-renewal.
- Go to Creation Center
- Page Settings
- Subscription Plans
- Click on the three dots on the right and select "Hide this plan" or "Delete this plan".
If you choose to delete an existing subscription plan, fans currently subscribed to that plan will not be automatically renewed.
